An extensive restoration project where we took over from our client’s “original contractors”.

Project

The extensive restoration works we had to perform on this project should have been undertaken by our client’s “original contractors”. They folded, however, leaving our client out of pocket and with multiple issues to the original and new brickwork.

In order to bring this project back in line with our client’s original specifications, we had to perform extensive restoration works to the front, left-hand side, and rear elevations. The works included:

Cement stain removal and brick cleaning to all of the newly installed brickwork.
A full rake out and repoint to the entire left-hand side and front elevation brickwork, with a neat flush joint incl. extensive brick repairs.
Major plinth works to the enormous front elevation.
Commissioning and installation of a bespoke made natural stone step tread and riser set to the portico.

Our client Max was amazed at the final finish that we achieved for him.
