This property was in a very tired state, it had been poorly repaired by previous owners and was in direct need of some TLC. Our clients instructed us to perform a complete facelift and total restoration to the facade. They were amazed by the final finish that we achieved for them.
Scope of Work
- Full chemical brick clean to the front elevation.
- Paint removal from the detailed stones to the high-level apex.
- Helibar fracture repairs to miscellaneous areas.
- Brick restoration to the moulded and detailed soft red feature brick to the elevation.
- Red lime mortar pointing to all the soft red feature panels and courses.
- NHL lime mortar repointing in a flush joint to the yellow stock bricks.
- NHL lime mortar plinth work to the front including installation of period air vents.
