We restored the rear of this property a year ago and the client was so pleased with the finish they have instructed us to perform a full restoration to the front elevation.
The scope of our work was as follows –
- Brick restoration to all defective bricks.
- Repointed in Natural Hydraulic Lime Mortar with a neat flush joint.
- NHL lime mortar plinth work and installation of period air vents.
- New stone step tread / plinth and add a panel in reconstituted stone mortar containing the year of the original build.
