This property had been previously painted and this was causing damp problems internally. The client wanted full paint removal and restoration works performed.
The scope of our work was as follows –
- Paint removal to the front elevation.
- Heli Bar fracture repairs to the façade.
- Brick restoration to all defective bricks.
- Repointed in Natural Hydraulic Lime Mortar with a neat flush joint.
- NHL lime mortar plinth work and installation of period air vents.
